Born and raised on the Adelaide Plains, Tim is a proud Kaurna Narungga leader. Heavily involved in all aspects of business planning and strategy development, Tim brings industry experience and a passion for Indigenous empowerment to the civil and engineering industry.

He is a highly experienced and dedicated mentor, skilled in supporting First Nations Peoples in identifying and overcoming their employment challenges.

A dedicated construction professional with a wealth of expertise across all sectors, Adam brings innovative solutions to complex project challenges drawn from his experience delivering major Infrastructure works across Australia.

Committed to achieving high levels of client satisfaction, Adam provides on-site Project Management and site leadership. His strong attention to detail enables him to visualise the construction of a project through reading specifications and drawing, enabling early identification of potential issues and the steps required for resolution.

Site Manager

With over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry Scott has undertaken a wide variety of roles from Carpenter, Leading Hand, Site Foreman and currently, Site Manager.

With unrivalled hands-on experience constructing highly technical civil engineering infrastructure, Scott enjoys being on the front line of project delivery. Through his enduring commitment to passing on his knowledge to the next generation and supporting individual growth, Scott provides on-site technical mentoring in civil engineering practices whilst ensuring safe project delivery and best for project outcomes.

Construction Manager

Andrew brings over 20 years’ experience delivering high-value complex civil infrastructure across all market sectors and provides oversight of all business operations and has overall accountability for project performance in terms of quality of work, timely completion of projects, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Highly attuned to the difficulties faced by First Nations Peoples, Andrew provides culturally sensitive leadership throughout the project delivery lifecycle supporting Project Management teams to overcome challenges and ensure delivery to the highest standards of client satisfaction.
